Insert hyperlink panel

Insert a hyperlink into an HTML page, for a description of its usage please compare the Insert hyperlink use case. The hyperlink is either internal, i.e. references a node within the repository, or external.

The target node for the internal panel can be selected using an explorer control.

For external hyperlinks, you can specify the URL and the text, that shall be displayed.
