Export book dialog

The dialog specifies the export options, most important the location and the name of the book file in the local filesystem.

In addition, you can select the type of book to be exported. Currently, EPUB and static HTML are available. In the latter case, the HTML pages are embedded in a ZIP archive.

You can configure the depth of the tree starting at the current node, which shall become part of the book. If you specify "Follow links", links will be followed as well, that are not descendants of the current node. Please compare Export book use case.
